Biography
of ``Sandro´´ Sanchez
Roberto Sanchez, know as ``Sandro´´, was born on
August 19th in 1945 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was a singer and an actor.
Since he was a child he showed his passion for music.
At the age of thirteen he left school and started to help his parents.
In 1967 he recorded his first single but it wasn´t successful.
In 1967 Sandro acted on his first film. In 1968 he sang in Chile, where he won
the music competition. Thanks to his prize he started travelling across America
such as the USA, where Sandro received a Golden record for being the most
famous Latinamerican artist.
On April the 13th in 2007 he married.
In 1998 it was known that Sandro had lung cancer
caused by smoking a lot. In 2009 he received a heart and lungs transplant. And
after tow months he died on January 4th in 2010.
